Greetings and welcome at Tan San Nhat International Airport, transfer to hotel. Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals &#8211; a center of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam. (If time permits) we stroll around the down town to explore the different local ways of life. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city .<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City &#8211; Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)</strong></span><br />
Breakfast, half day morning take a private excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels – a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the U.S.-Vietnam War must have been like. Afternoon followed by a city tour of Ho Chi Minh City, visit Chinatown, the Thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House …also visit the War Remnants Museum (on request). Explore colorful outdoor markets and Dong Khoi Street, the city&#8217;s most upscale shopping boulevard with fashionable boutiques and accessories designed by new Vietnamese designers, hill tribe crafts, high quality linens and housewares. Breakfast, a full day tour to Mekong Delta tour, visit Vinh Long province and Cai Be Floating market &#8211; 140km from Hochiminh city. After arrival, we will on board for an exploration of lush vegetations of Mekong Delta and the lively floating market buyers bargaining. Next a rowing boat rides on the maze of shady canals to arrive at a local orchard to enjoy the local tropical fruits and visit the daily activities the handicraft villages of local people. Break time for lunch and then rest before continue to Vinh Long for a land market. Return to Saigon for dinner and Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city .<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City &#8211; Hanoi (B/L)</strong></span><br />
Breakfast, transfer to airport for morning flight to Hanoi &#8211; the capital with old aged-history and rich culture together the strong architecture influence of China and French that allures tourists by its charming beauty. Enjoy a half day city tour to visit the very impressive Museum of Ethnology, one of the finest museums in Vietnam with many exhibits and pictures and houses&#8217; models of 54 ethnic people could make you have truly experience of ethnic minorities inhabiting in Vietnam. Back to the downtown and from here we enjoy one hour cyclo tour of Hanoi&#8217;s vibrant Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, the focal point of the city. Morning: Drive on road No.7 and road No.13 to Luang Prabang (6 hours drive); stop at villages and take photos of scenery; check-in hotel. Afternoon: Visit stupa of Wat Visoun, the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai; climb up the top of Mount Phousi: explore gilded stupa, view sunset over city and Mekong; then visit Night Street Market for handmade textiles of hill people.</p>

Whole day: Rise early and see monks receiving offerings; visit Phosi Market, then continue to the Khouangsi waterfalls; along the way visit minority villages Ban Na Oun, Ban Ou and Ban Thapene; splash around in the pools near the waterfalls; on returning to Luang Prabang stop at the weaving village of Ban Phanom, then observe sunset at Wat Siphouthabat.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 5: Luang Prabang &#8211; Pak ou- Kamu Lodge     (B/L)</strong></span><br />
The Kamu boat departs from Luang Prabang pier at 09h00 for a cruise up the Mekong River to Kamu Village. On the way to Pak Ou Village, at the mouth of the Nam Ou River a visit is organized to Tam Ting &#8220;Caves of a thousand Buddha&#8217;s&#8221;. Then boat to Kamu Village, arrival at Kamu lodge and check-in. Lunch at the Lodge&#8217;s Sala. In the afternoon you may choose to participate in the different activities. <strong>You will be rewarded with a very original Lao experience.</strong></p>

A.M. flight to Pakse then followed our short trip around Pakse city and follwed fresh market bofore we head our trip by road (coffee road ) toward Paksong District stop over at Km 35 to visit the famous Tad Fan Waterfall, Tad Ngueang and ethnic villages in the surrounding area . Trip back to Pakse. Overnight .</p>

After breakfast, continue by road to Champasack to visit Wat Phou (Kmer ruin dated 11th century ) then take a drive toward Kiet Ngong ( a part of Sepiene protected area ) for elephant riding bofore reaching Kong Island, on of hte biggest Islans on the Mekong river in Laos. Overnight<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 9 : Khong Island &#8211; Siphandon &#8211; Pakse    (flight,B,L)</strong></span><br />
A.M catch the long tail boat to Kone Island to visit the famous Liphi ( Devil Corridor ), and the remnants of the French colonial area ( old pier, stream rail way , former French hospital building and messagerie Maritime Office). Afternoon, catch the ferry boat to Ban Nakasang village and take a drive to visit Khon Phapheng waterfalls ( Niagara of Asia ). Trip back to Pakse. Overnight.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 10 : Pakse &#8211; Vientiane     (flight, B)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast, free at leisure till the time to transfer to the airport for the flight back to Vientiane. Meet and transfer to the hotel for check-in.</p>

-    Upon arrival <strong>Siem Reap</strong>, you are welcomed by one of our tour guides who will take you to your hotel. Visiting the temples will start shortly thereafter. If arrival time permits, you will start from <strong>Ta Prohm</strong> before lunch, if not, that one will be done later during your visit.<br />
-    Lunch at local restaurant<br />
-    In the afternoon, you can choose to visit the great city -<strong> Angkor Thom</strong> &#8211; by starting from the south gate, then <strong>Baphoun</strong>, royal enclosure and Phimeanakas, terrace of elephants and leper king. And to end with Bayon where you can admire the magnificent colors during the sun set.<br />
-    Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in <strong>Siem Reap</strong>.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 2: ANGKOR (B, L, D)</strong></span><br />
-    Have breakfast at hotel.<br />
-    Today start to visit the temple of<strong> Banteay Samre</strong> and going on to the citadel of woman &#8211; <strong>Banteay Srei</strong> &#8211; jewel indisputable of the Khmer art: entirely have been  constructed by hard pink sandstone, wonderfully sculpted, perfectly preserved and restored. On the way back you will discover a production of sugar palm that make by craftsman (in dry season).<br />
-    Lunch at local restaurant<br />
-    In the afternoon visit the magnificent temple of <strong>Angkor Wat</strong> where you will see the golden color temple during the sunset.<br />
-    Dinner with dance show at local restaurant. Overnight in <strong>Siem Reap</strong><br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 3: SIEM REAP – Departure (B, L)</strong></span><br />
-    This morning you will be out for a visit by boat, you will discovery the great lake &#8220;<strong>Tonle Sap</strong>&#8220;: real interior ocean where there are a lot of fish which exported by the multiple villages of fishermen who you have got the occasion to approach. You will visit as well a fish &amp; Crocodile Farms.<br />
-    Lunch at local restaurant<br />
-    After lunch, you will visit &#8220;les Artisants d&#8217;Angkor&#8221; then the central market (old market) before transfer to the air-port of Siem Reap for departure flight to next destination. End of services.<br />

Pick up at your hotel and depart to Buon Ma Thuot along the Ho Chi Minh Trail which forms the border with Cambodia. On the way, you will stop to visit the Drei Sap Waterfalls and the Ede Village of Akodhong near Buon Ma Thuot.<br />
Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Day 2:     BUON MA THUOT / LAK LAKE / BUON MA THUOT         (B)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast, depart along the scenic Highway 27 to Lak Lake and stop at Jun Village. Enjoy an elephant ride and cross Lak Lake to Mlieng village, home to the Mnong and Ede Minorities. Spend some time walking through the village and see their traditional long houses and then return to the other side of the bank by a dugout canoe. Drive back to Buon Ma Thuot.<br />
Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Day 3:    BUON MA THUOT / KONTUM        (B)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast, depart to Kontum through the Ta Grong Pass and numerous tea and coffee plantations. You will see the striking contrast between the green of the coffee plantations and the red laterite. Stop en route to visit the Jarai Village of Yachim near Yaly Lake and discover their amazing funeral art. Each tomb is surrounded by several wooden statues representing each step of the deceased person’s life.<br />
Overnight in Kontum.<br />
Note:     This visit is subject to the Provincial Government’s approval and may be cancelled without prior notice. In<br />
that case, the visit will be replaced by a visit to the artificial Lake of Yali.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Day 4:     KONTUM        (B)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast, visit the seminary and the charming wooden church of Kontum, built in 1913. The prayers are written in the 3 main languages of the Minority people and if you are lucky to attend a Holy Mass, you will see that the church is too small to welcome all the devotees wearing their most beautiful clothes. Later in the day enjoy a light trekking (around 4-km walk) through the Banhar villages of Kontum Konam, Kontum Kopong, Konko Wang, Kon Jori and Kon Kotu. On the way, you will discover the beautiful sceneries with rice fields and witness the daily life of the Banhar people.<br />
Overnight in Kontum.<br />

Visit Hor Prakeo where housing the Emerald Buddha from the early time of Lanexang kingdom until 18th century.<br />
Wat sisaket the Buddha museum where more than ten thousand Buddha statuses in the minor niches on the wall can be seen. Visit national museum, shopping at famous Lao Morning market. Then sunset on the Mekong River. Dinner at restaurant with Lao Traditional Dance.<br />

We start on our bike and cycle (45 minutes for cycling) to world heritage areas on the roads less travelled. Ride among the jungle passing local village and local shop. It&#8217;s a very special and acting day as you will explore some of Angkor&#8217;s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist.<br />
The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century)<br />
See the South Gate, Bayon Temple- unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara<br />
Baphuon temple lying just to the north of Bayon a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru<br />

The Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King<br />
The tour start with the visiting to the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology, visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sun set view form Bakheng hill. Enjoy walking at busy pub street where you can find many bars for cool drink or shopping at Angkor Night Market.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 3 : SIEM REAP – PREK TOAL – SIEM REAP      (B/L)</strong></span><br />
Drive to the fishing village of Chhong Kneas near Siem Reap and board a private boat. Cruise through the fishing villages of the Tonle Sap to the Biosphere Reserve of Prek Toal: discover the natural splendor of the country as well as the centuries-old lifestyle of the inhabitants of the Lake. Visit Prek Toal floating village and enjoy bird watching in the Bird Sanctuary. Discover the incredible variety of water birds and endangered species such as storks, pelicans and ibises. Picnic lunch provided during tours. We will pass along the floating houses, school, sport hall, even pigs farm and stop at the Gecko Environment Centre which offers information about the ecology and the rich biodiversity of the lake area. Return to Siem Reap port and drive back to your hotel.<br />
Note: The best time for visiting the Bird Sanctuary of Prek Toal is from December to June. Later, as the water level rises, most of the birds scatter away.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 4 : SIEM REAP – ANLONG VENG – PREAH VIHEAR    (B/L/D)</strong></span><br />
This morning, we drive toward Anlong Veng, it&#8217;s known as Khmer Rouge Cultural Site, the last strong hold of Khmer Rouge leaders. We visit the house that once owned by former Khmer Rouge Commander Ta Mok (1979 – 1997) some remaining statues describe the way the rebels lived and how they arranged their troops during their bloody struggle again the government. We take a half an hours walk to a pile of tires which is believed to be the funeral pyre and burial site of Pol Pot, the leader of the Khmer Rouge. Then we continue to Preah Vihear by new branch road. If time permit we will drive up Preah Viear mountain to witness sunset over the ancient land of Khmer empire and overnight nearby the temple.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 5 : PREAH VIHEAR – KOH KER    (B/L/D)</strong></span><br />
Early morning we wake up early for sunrise, then we continue to Koh Ker, the remnant of the capital city of the Khmer Empire from 828 AD &#8211; 944 AD of a unique period in the Age of Angkor. Visit surrounding Koh Ker temples area such as Rahal Baray, Balang temple, Thneng temple, Linga Shrin, Prasat Andong Kok, in which big lingas still in place. Enjoy a bird&#8217;s eye view from the top of Prasat Thom (big temple) that overlooking Dangrek Mountain Range and surrounding forest. We continue to explore the many temples at this incredible site, including the beautiful Prasat Krahom, covered by jungle, and some of the smaller structures such as Prasat Neang Khmau.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 6 : KOH KER – BENG MEALEA – KOMPONG THOM    (B/L)</strong></span><br />
Today we have a long journey west to the Beng Melea district. Beng Mealea lies at the foot of the southern cliff of Phnom Kulen, 40kms east of Angkor, on the road to the great Preah Khan. It was the starting point of canal which led to the great lake, &#8220;Tonle Sap Lake&#8221;, which probably used to float the sandstone blocks from nearby quarries downstream to build many of the Angkorian monuments. On the way we stop motorbike about twenty-minute ride into the bamboo forest from the village is a series of Angkorian reliefs carved into the southern cliff of Phnom Kulen, the quality of the work and their preservation is remarkable and the danger of inevitable of the site makes them all the more precious. It is undiscovered tourist site in Angkor areas. We continue to visit Beng Mealea temple, this 12th century temple is enclosed by a moat that is nearly the size of Angkor Wat, but utterly subsumed by jungle. Many of the carvings have recently been plundered due to the temple&#8217;s isolation, but that doesn&#8217;t detract from the atmosphere. Overnight in Kompong Thom.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 7 : KOMPONG THOM – PHNOM PENH    (B)</strong></span><br />
Morning we depart for Phnom Penh. Phnom Penh – the city retains its traditional Khmer and colonial charm. French villas along tree-lined boulevards remind the visitor that the city was once considered the gem of Southeast Asia. Recent political changes have triggered an economic boom of sorts, with new hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs springing up around the city.<br />
Firstly, visit to the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver. Travelers will proceed to visit Independence Monument which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodian took their country back from French colony, continuing visit to National Museum, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was build since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood and others. We pass through the River Front park whose scenery is much worth shooting, and continue to the only one hill in town with sacred sites called Wat Phnom before walking along Mekong River bank to see the lovely Phnom Penh city at night with breathtaking view along the river.</p>

<p><span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 8 : PHNOM PENH – CHI PHAT (CARDAMOM MOUNTAIN)    (B/D)</strong></span><br />
Transfer from Phnom Penh to Chi Phat on the national road number 4 with the distance approximately 210 km. Arrive at Andoung Teok where we will catch local boat upstream journey along the Preak Piphot River. During this journey through mangrove forests, as well as witnessing typical river edge villages and homes, be on the lookout for birds and mammals coming to the waters edge to drink You will arrive in Chi Phat district in the afternoon. Then you go to Chi Phat Ecotourism office for the explanation about your trip. Check in at your guesthouse (basic facilities inc. mosquito net) for the refreshment. You are free and wonder around the village explore the different style of living of villager who supported by Ecotourism Office such as home stay, English School.. and we take a short walk to nearby waterfall. Welcome Dinner at the Community Ecotourism Office. It is then an early night to be prepared for an early start the following day.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 9 : SUNRISE CRUISE &amp; BIRD WATCHING    (B/L/D)</strong></span><br />
We get up early and catch boat cruise along Preak Piphot River and enjoy scenery on the river bank. As the sun rises and you are entertained with the skies changing colors you can enjoy your packed breakfast. Sometimes you pass by school boat where they bring little boys and girls to school. Motorboat cuts its engines and you transfer to a traditional row boat and continue upstream. You can really appreciate the stillness of your surroundings and hear the bird call from the thick forests lining the river. This is the ideal opportunity to see the area&#8217;s birdlife as well as watching out for other wildlife such as monkeys and flying squirrels. On the return journey your row boat stops in a delightfully shady spot where you can spend some time swimming in the refreshing waters. We return back to Chi Pat village in the early afternoon. Free and leisure for your own time in the village or you can join with villagers plays football or volley ball. Having dinner with one of family in community.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 10 : BURIAL JAR TRIAL MOUNTAIN BIKING (approx 45 KM)    (B/L/D)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast at the Community Ecotourism Office you are introduced to your cycle guide and fitted to your mountain bike. It&#8217;s a great way to visit the many local waterfalls and swimming areas as well as to get a feel of village life as you pass traditional wooden houses through a canopy of mango, banana and jackfruit tree.<br />
You will discover Mountain Jar-Trail, which is known for its ancient Burial Jars, Wooden Coffins and its beautiful landscape views. We set up our lunch on the top of mountain. We will follow the same trail back to Chi Pat, we stop at a picturesque &#8216;hidden&#8217; waterfall, Chruos Chhay Ospoat, where will discover the &#8216;bat cave&#8217; by walking behind. This waterfall is perfect for taking a refreshing shower and jumping into its plunge pool! Just before reaching the village you once again cross the wide Steung Chhay Chrey river, a great opportunity for a late afternoon swim if you wish. From there we will cycle a few more kilometres to the top of Phnom Trangoarl or &#8216;Bald Mountain&#8217;, a perfect sunset location for bird eyes views of the surrounding Cardamom mountains area. After freshening up a tasty dinner will be served at local family. The rest of the evening is then free at leisure to wander around the village and experience rural community night life… If there is chance that local people ceremony festival or religious we will take this opportunity to join activities with local people.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 11 : CHIPHAT – KOH KONG    (B)</strong></span><br />
After a leisurely breakfast you will bid farewell to Chi Pat as you journey back to Andoung Tuk. On arrival at Andoung Tuk you will meet your waiting vehicle and depart for Koh Kong, allowing you time to reflect on the wonderful and unique Cardamom Mountain trekking experience you have enjoyed in the seldom visited mountains of Cambodia, and taking away very fond memories… We stop at Tatai Waterfall – set in a jungle gorge, has a spectacular 6m shelf falling into rapids below and enjoy swimming in the freshwater. Continue to Koh Kong City. Overnight in Koh Kong.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 12 : KOH KONG – DEPARTURE     (B/L)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast at your hotel we depart for Mean Chey High School to see the learning environment for Cambodian children and visit Peam Krasaop Wildlife Sanctuary – home of millions of magnificent mangroves, the sanctuary&#8217;s numerous alluvial islands. We walk about 1KM into the mangroves forest and then riding in boat or motor boat for visiting Bird Preservation Region. Then we drive into Korng Kang forest, fishing village, crab feeding community and visit. Spotting birds, eagles, monkey and if you are lucky you will able to see the rare Irrawaddy dolphin.<br />
Afternoon we departure to the border – Say goodbye to your Cambodian guide and driver. Goodbye Cambodia!!!!<br />

Pick up at your hotel and depart for the railway station to catch the night train to Lao Cai (Departure: 21h15 on the local train. Note that Victoria train depart at 21h55).<br />

<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>Day 2     LAO CAI &#8211; SAPA    (B/L)        &lt; minority market&gt;</strong></span><br />
Arrive at Lao Cai station early in the morning. Day use room at the hotel for a shower and enjoy breakfast.<br />
Then, an excursion is arranged to one of the charming minority markets in the region (depending on which day of the week it is).<br />
After a local lunch, proceed to Sapa, home to over 30 colourful hill tribes (including Black H&#8217;mong, Flower H&#8217;mong, Red Dao) and to Vietnam’s highest peak &#8211; Mount Fansipan.<br />
Overnight in Sapa.<br />

<strong>-    Wednesday:</strong> Chin Xen (116 km from Lao Cai or 156 km from Sapa) or Cao Son (80 km from Lao Cai or 120 km from Sapa).<br />
<strong>-    Thursday:</strong> Lung Khau Nhi (61 km from Lao cai or 90 km from Sapa).<br />
<strong>-   Saturday:</strong> Can Cau Market. Located in a neighboring valley to Sapa. To reach the market, follow a spectacular road with beautiful sceneries. This market is the weekly meeting point of the Flower H/Mong, Fula, Black H’Mong and is one the most authentic markets in the region. After the market, visit some nearby villages before returning leisurely to Lao Cai.<br />
<strong>-    Sunday:</strong> Muong Khuong or Bac Ha Markets: the busiest market of the region where you will meet the H’Mongs, Fula, Dao and other ethnic minorities who come and exchange not only the goods but the gossips from their own community.<br />

Breakfast at the hotel. Spend a full day discovering the minority villages located in the Sapa Valley. Drive to Lao Chai and then trek (2 km) through rice fields to a traditional Black H’Mong house and then continue the trek to Ta Van village (2 km) to visit a Giay minority village. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, walk through a bamboo forest until you reach Giangtachai, a Red Dzao village. This part of the trip is fascinating because of its beautiful sceneries and colourful ethnic minorities such as the Red Dao.  Discover their unique customs and traditions. Your driver will be waiting for you at Giangtachai to drive you back to the hotel. Local lunch in Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.<br />

Then visit the local market of Binh Lu and minority villages along the road (Lantens, Lu, etc…) Lunch en route.Overnight in Phong Tho.<br />

On arrival, we embark on a long tail boat to Dansavanh Resort where only legal Lao casino available and enjoy an ideal landscape for anyone seeking an overview of lake when the heat becomes unbearable in city. A long the way, we visit some beautiful islets and take a short walk to explore the lifestyle of fish man people, return to Vientiane by late evening. Overnight in <strong>Vientiane</strong>.</p>

Pick up at your hotel at around 20h30 and transfer to the railway station to catch the night train to Lao Cai (Departure: 21h15 on the local train. Note that Victoria train depart at 21h55).<br />
Overnight on board.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 2 : LAO CAI / SAPA     (B)</strong></span><br />
Arrive at Lao Cai station early in the morning and then drive to Sapa (1 hour), home to over 30 colourful hill tribes (including Black H&#8217;mong, Flower H&#8217;mong, Red Dao) and to Vietnam&#8217;s highest peak: Mount Fansipan.<br />
Breakfast on arrival just after check-in. In the afternoon, explore Sapa town and its local market as well as Thac Bac Waterfalls.<br />
Overnight in Sapa.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 3 : SAPA     (B/L) &lt; light trekking&gt;</strong></span><br />
Breakfast at the hotel. A full day discovering the minority villages located in the Sapa Valley. Drive to Lao Chai and then trek (2 km) through rice fields to a traditional Black H&#8217;Mong house and then continue the trek to Ta Van village (2 km) to visit a Giay minority village. Then walk through a bamboo forest until you reach Giangtachai, a Red Dzao village.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">This part of the trip is fascinating with beautiful scenery and colourful ethnic minorities such as the Red Dao with their unique customs and traditions. Your driver will be waiting for you at Giangtachai to bring you back to the hotel. Local lunch in Sapa.<br />
Overnight in Sapa.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 4 : SAPA / LAO CAI</strong></span><br />
After breakfast at the hotel, you check out. You will then have an excursion to one of the charming minority markets in the region (depending on which day of the week it is).<br />
After a local lunch, drive to Lao Cai for the overnight local train to Hanoi leaving at 20h15 (Note that Victoria train depart at 21h05).<br />

<span style="color: #008000;"><strong>Market days:</strong></span><br />
Monday: Paso Market (110 km from Sapa or 150 km from Lao Cai).<br />
Wednesday: Chin Xen (116 km from Lao Cai or 156 km from Sapa) or Cao Son (80 km from Lao Cai or 120 km from Sapa).<br />
Thursday: Lung Khau Nhi (61 km from Lao cai or 90 km from Sapa).<br />
Saturdays: Can Cau Market. Located in a neighboring valley to Sapa. To reach the market, follow a spectacular road with beautiful scenery. This market is the weekly meeting point for Flower H/Mong, Fula, Black H&#8217;Mong and is one the most authentic markets in the region. After the market, visit some nearby villages before returning leisurely to Lao Cai.<br />
Sundays: Muong Khuong or Bac Ha Markets: the busiest market of the region where you will meet the H&#8217;Mongs, Fula, Dao and other ethnic minorities who come and exchange not only the goods but the gossip of their own community.<br />
Note:Tuesdays&#8217; Coc Ly Market is temporally inaccessible until further notice.<br />
Note: Room for day use at Lao Cai until the train&#8217;s departure is recommended.<br />
Option:After visiting the market, return to Hanoi by road (360 km = 7h) along the Red River. On the way, we could stop to visit some minority villages. Arrive in Hanoi early in the evening. Overnight in Hanoi.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 5 : LAO CAI / HANOI</strong></span><br />
Arrive in Hanoi at around 4h30 (local train) or 5h30 (Victoria train) and proceed to your hotel.<br />

-    Upon arrival <strong>Siem Reap</strong>, you are welcomed by one of our tour guides who will take you to your hotel. Visiting the temples will start shortly thereafter.  You will first visit the great city,<strong> Angkor Thom</strong>. Then you will visit Bayon the royal enclosure and <strong>Phimeanakas</strong>, terrace of elephants and terrace of the leper king.<br />
-    Lunch at local restaurant<br />
-    In the afternoon, you can choose to visit the magnificent temple, <strong>Angkor Wat</strong> or end your day at <strong>Angkor Wat</strong> where you can admire the magnificent sun set.<br />
-    Dinner with dance show at local restaurant. Overnight in <strong>Siem Reap</strong>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000;"><strong> DAY 2: SIEM REAP – Departure (B, L)</strong></span><br />
-    Have breakfast at hotel<br />
-    Today start to visit the temple of<strong> Banteay Samre</strong> and going on to the citadel of woman &#8211; <strong>Banteay Srei</strong> &#8211; jewel indisputable of the Khmer art: entirely have been  constructed by hard pink sandstone, wonderfully sculpted, perfectly preserved and restored. On the way back you will discover a production of sugar palm that make by craftsman (in dry season).<br />
-    Lunch at local restaurant<br />
-    Your afternoon will start with a visit the crystal temple,<strong> Ta Keo</strong>, then the victory gate, <strong>Thommanon</strong> and <strong>Ta Prohm</strong>, before transfer to the air-port of Siem Reap for departure flight to next destination. End of services.</p>

Arrive in <strong>Vientiane</strong>. This afternoon, visit the home and workplace of designer and local expert <strong>Sandra Yuck</strong>. She will give a talk and different artisans will demonstrate the traditional methods used making <strong>Lao</strong> products. The money raised from this talk will go directly towards <strong>Peuan Mit</strong> a local charity and their project to help educate children about drugs and rehabilitate drug addicts in <strong>Laos</strong>.<br />
In the evening enjoy a night tour of the capital. Enjoy a sleep-in and late breakfast at your hotel before starting the day&#8217;s activities. Today your guide will be an English speaking monk who give you an inside view into<strong> Lao culture</strong> and traditions.<br />
Today you will receive answers to all the questions about Laos and its unique culture whilst exploring contemporary<strong> Lao Buddhism</strong>, its practices and traditions.<br />
Transfer you to a temple known for over 450 years as a centre for Buddhist education. There, you will meet your tour guide &#8211; an English speaking monk who will host an educational session on Lao culture and traditions.<br />
In the afternoon you will travel to one of the last remaining forest temples in Vientiane. There, you will take a private yoga lesson in the shade of the temple&#8217;s trees, learn about the temple&#8217;s herbal gardens, try the traditional sauna, practice meditation and indulge in a traditional <strong>Lao</strong> massage.<br />
In the evening you will have the unique opportunity to experience one of Laos&#8217; oldest traditions, <strong>The Baci</strong>.  The purpose of the Baci, which is a mix of Animist and Buddhist beliefs, is to call back escaped spirits to the body.<br />

Start the morning early making merit. At sunrise you will have the opportunity to participate in the practice of giving alms to <strong>Lao Buddhist</strong> monks &#8211; a crucial activity of a monk&#8217;s day before returning to your hotel for breakfast.<br />
Today you will travel outside of <strong>Vientiane</strong> to a forest temple renowned for its work in engaged<strong> Buddhism</strong>, or<strong> Buddhism</strong> for development. At the forest temple, you will tour the temple&#8217;s herbal gardens and learn about their grassroots recycling techniques. You will contribute to the beauty of the temple&#8217;s garden by planting your own plants, or strolling through the gardens or for you practice meditation.<br />
Your private car and driver will meet at the temple and transfer you to the airport for your departing flight.</p>

Meet upon arrival at<strong> Houei Say</strong> immigration checkpoint and transfer to the pier. Board a traditional riverboat for a cruise downstream the <strong>Mekong River</strong> towards <strong>Pakbeng</strong> (approx. 7 hours depending on the water level). The <strong>Mekong River</strong> has kept much of its untamed character with impressive rapids and lush jungles along each bank. En route, stop and visit some hill tribes&#8217; villages such as the <strong>H&#8217;Mong village</strong> of <strong>Ban Houeilampene</strong> and the <strong>Thai Lu village</strong> of <strong>Ban Kouaytoune</strong>.<br />
Picnic lunch on board.<br />
Arrive in <strong>Pakbeng</strong>, a rustic town village that sits on a steep hillside and offers spectacular views on the <strong>Mekong River</strong>. Check-in at your hotel.Overnight in <strong>Pakbeng</strong>.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 2 : PAKBENG / PAK OU / LUANG PRABANG       (B)</strong></span><br />
After breakfast, continue your cruise along the <strong>Mekong River</strong> towards the former <strong>Royal capital of Luang Prabang</strong> (approx. 6 hours depending on the water level). On the way, stop at<strong> Pak Ou</strong>, at the confluence of the <strong>Nam Ou</strong> and <strong>Mekong Rivers</strong>, to visit the sacred caves of <strong>Tham Ting</strong> and <strong>Tham Phoum</strong>, home to hundreds of <strong>Buddha statues</strong>. Continue to <strong>Ban Xang Hai village</strong> where sticky rice wine distillation can be seen and then stop at Vat Longkhoune temple, famous for its 18th century frescoes.<br />
Upon arrival in <strong>Luang Prabang</strong>, transfer and check-in at your hotel.<br />

After breakfast, visit <strong>Vat Xieng Thong</strong>, considered as the most beautiful temple of <strong>Luang Prabang</strong> with roofs that sweep low to the ground, <strong>Vat Visoun temple</strong> with its <strong>Singhalese-style stupa</strong>, <strong>That Makmo</strong>, and <strong>Vat Aham</strong>, one of the city&#8217;s major tutelary shrines housing the puppets of the <strong>Lao</strong> ancestors. In the afternoon, , before climbing <strong>Phousi Hill</strong> to enjoy the sunset over the city and the Mekong Riverexcursion by car to the beautiful waterfalls of Khouang Sy nestled in the lush tropical vegetation. On the way, visit some hill tribes&#8217; villages such as the H&#8217;Mong village of <strong>Ban Thinkeo</strong> and the <strong>Khmu village of</strong> <strong>Ban Thapaene</strong>. Return to <strong>Luang Prabang</strong> and continue to visit the weaving village of <strong>Ban Xang Khong</strong>, where traditional Mulberry leaves paper is also produced. Time at leisure to stroll through the <strong>H&#8217;Mong market</strong>.<br />

After breakfast, visit the <strong>National Museum</strong> (former King&#8217;s Palace) displaying a collection of personal artifacts of the <strong>Royal Family</strong>. Continue to visit the nearby <strong>Vat Mai temple</strong>, which was the residence of a Buddhist patriarch before 1975. And transfer to the Airport.<br />

In the morning, ride a bicycle from your hotel to <strong>Tra Que</strong> a charming village nearby <strong>Hoi An</strong>. Upon arrival, the guide will give a brief introduction on the history of the village and the cultivation of the vegetables. This is followed by a tour around the garden and a chance to help the farmers in cultivating the land. Activities you can do include raking, sowing, watering and picking the vegetables. Later you can help prepare the lunch with a local family. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies including &#8220;<strong>tam huu</strong>&#8221; spring rolls and <strong>Banh Xeo</strong>, a type of pancake.<br />
After lunch, you can have a rest in the family&#8217;s house and then return back by bicycle to <strong>Hoi An</strong>.</p>

On arrival board a sampan for a cruise on the <strong>Mekong River</strong> and its myriad of canals to <strong>Vinh Long</strong>. Visit an ancient colonial house, a rice popcorn factory and taste its local specialties for lunch. In the afternoon, continue the journey to <strong>Vinh Long</strong> and then drive to<strong> Can Tho</strong>, the largest town in the <strong>Mekong Delta</strong>.<br />
Overnight in <strong>Can Tho</strong>.<br />

After breakfast, board a sampan boat to visit the vibrant <strong>Cai Rang</strong> floating market and a fruit garden (Ba Cong) and then visit<strong> the Binh Thuy Ancient House</strong> (over 100 years old). Observe the rural life and admire the lush vegetation along the riverbanks and discover Can Tho&#8217;s colorful market before driving back to <strong>Ho Chi Minh City</strong>. Along the way, visit a <strong>Caodai Temple</strong> (or <strong>Vinh Trang Pagoda</strong> if <strong>Tay Ninh</strong> is already included in the program). Arrive in<strong> Ho Chi Minh City</strong> late in the afternoon. End of our services.</p>

Arrive Phnom Penh by morning flight, <strong>Phnom Penh</strong> – the city retains its traditional Khmer and colonial charm. French villas along tree-lined boulevards remind the visitor that the city was once considered the gem of<strong> Southeast Asia</strong>.<br />
Recent political changes have triggered an economic boom of sorts, with new hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs springing up around the city. Firstly, visit to the <strong>Royal Palace</strong> compound build in 1866 by<strong> the Predecessors of</strong> <strong>King Norodom</strong>, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the <strong>Royal Palace</strong> is<strong> Silver Pagoda</strong> (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of <strong>Buddha Statues</strong> that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver. Travelers will proceed to visit<strong> Independence Monument</strong> which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodian took their country back from French colony, continuing visit to <strong>National Museum</strong>, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was build since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood and others. We pass through the River Front park whose scenery is much worth shooting, and continue to the only one hill in town with sacred sites called <strong>Wat Phnom</strong> and walk along <strong>Mekong River</strong> bank to see the lovely Phnom Penh city at night with breathtaking view along the river.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 2 : PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP    (B/D)</strong></span><br />
Morning transfer to <strong>Phnom Penh</strong> port for departure to <strong>Siem Reap</strong>, down from <strong>Mekong River</strong> to <strong>Tonle Sap</strong> and it takes about 6 hours. Upon arrive at<strong> Siem Reap&#8217;s</strong> port you are met and transfer to your hotel.<br />
After short rest at your hotel we continue to visit:</p>

<li>    We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers</li>
<li>    Prasat Kravan – With its unique brick sculptures</li>
<li>    Srah Srang – The Royal Baths&#8221; was once used for ritual bathing</li>
<li>    Banteay Kdei – Surrounded by four concentric walls</li>
<li>    Thommanon and Chaosay Tevorda temple.</li>
</ul>
<p>Welcome dinner with <strong>Apsara Dance</strong> show at local restaurant. For those travelers thirsting for cultural highlights of <strong>Cambodia</strong>, No visit to Cambodia is complete without attending at least one traditional Khmer dance performance, often referred to as &#8216;Apsara Dance&#8217; after one of the most popular Classical dance pieces. Traditional Khmer dance better described as &#8216;dance-drama&#8217; in that the dances are not merely dance but also meant to convey a story or message.<br />
<span style="color: #800000;"><strong>DAY 3 : SIEM REAP EXPLORATION    (B/L)</strong></span><br />

<li>    See the South Gate, Bayon Temple- unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara</li>
<li>    Baphuon temple lying just to the north of Bayon a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru</li>
<li>    The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas</li>
<li>    The Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King</li>
</ul>
<p>The tour start with the visiting to the famous temple: <strong>Angkor Wat</strong>. <strong>Angkor Wat</strong> is a <strong>World Heritage Site</strong> since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. <strong>Angkor Wat</strong> features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Visit<strong> Bakheng Temple</strong> and enjoy a romantic sun set view form <strong>Bakheng hill</strong>.<br />

<li>    Banteay Srei: nearly everyone&#8217;s favorite site. The special charm of this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation, and the excellence of it decorative carving</li>
<li>    Banteay Samre: Its rose-colored sandstone walls are decorated with carvings and bas-reliefs, which are among the most accomplished Angkor has to offer.</li>
